Sitting during training
During certain training phases, it is acceptable (and can even be a recommendation) to sit between sets during training.
At the WBC, there are no places available to sit while you are lined up on the platform and waiting for your next attempt.
Although it may seem like a small detail, I recommend that we practice staying on our feet between sets in training - to some capacity.
If you are accustomed to sitting to rest your legs between sets, begin to work in some rest periods where you stand instead to replicate waiting in line on the platform.
This is a simple and controllable way to simulate one aspect of meet day conditions.
